I am out of network with insurance companies except for Cigna insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance plan, I am happy to help you complete the paperwork for reimbursement. 

If you are not sure whether you have out-of-network reimbursement, contact your insurance company to answer the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage?

• If so, what is my deductible?

• What is the percentage covered of each session?

• What is the per-session accepted rate by my insurance company?

• Once you have this information from your insurance company, please feel free to contact me with any follow up questions.

I offer a limited number of spaces for sliding scale, which means we will agree on a rate that works for you.
